Thank you for signing up with BSHS Dance Sub-Committee’s “Give Dance a Whirl”.
We are looking forward to providing the opportunity for adults to experience dance sessions in Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Bollywood and Jazz facilitated by BSHS teachers and students. No experience is required to participate and we hope to cater for a range of fitness levels with an emphasis on warm up, easy dance steps/routines and some free dance time.
Dress – Wear comfortable clothing for dancing and take this opportunity to dress up according to the style each night. You are welcome to bring props like scarves and hats for your own use during free dance time. Bare feet, sneakers or dance shoes are welcome.
Please be aware that you are responsible for your own safety and wellbeing, and please move your body responsibly within your own limitations.

$20 per session or $60 for all 4 sessions

Insurance and Risk
Participants’ attention is drawn to the fact that no insurance cover is provided by Brisbane State High School P&C Association in connection with the Dance a Whirl sessions, or related activities (e.g., parking at the school premises). If any injury results from your participation in these events, all costs associated with injury are borne by you.
Participation is entirely at your own risk.
By registering and paying for the Dance a Whirl sessions you agree to the following:
• I have read all of the information provided regarding the activity and understand the inherent risks
• I am aware that no first aider will be present at the events
• I am aware that there is no insurance cover provided to cover my participation in these events, and agree to arrange my own cover, if required
• I accept that participation is at my own risk and agree to pay, or reimburse, all medical or other costs reasonably incurred on my behalf in the event of any accident/incident arising from my participation in these events.
